Two to love, two to hold, two to kiss and two to snuggle. Having a child is a life-changing and incredible experience and having two at once is at times surreal. Realizing that you grew these two babies inside of you at once is astonishing in itself. Watching them develop and become their own little people is one of the greatest joys in life and as a I work on my twin baby photography skills I am documenting these moments as frequently as I can.
Between the double feedings, double diaper changes and tending to two babies at once, the days have turned into weeks and the weeks into months. I can’t believe that my little angels are now over 4-months-old. Their growth is both bitter-sweet and exciting at the same time, as I don’t want them to grow up but I also love seeing them at each new stage thriving and developing.
Their personalities are already so different but while they maintain their individuality they will also start to develop a strong bond. As their mom I look forward to seeing their connection develop and I love that they will have a life-long friend – who they also share a birthday with.
