Baby toes, chubby cheeks, belly laughs, quiet moments, and everything in between; these are the memories that I want to capture of your baby. Time goes SO fast from the minute our little ones are born and in the snap of a finger they are a year old. Although we can't bottle up our children and keep them babies, we can document them as they are today and create some lasting memories.
Baby sessions can take place in the comfort of your home or in a natural outdoor setting. Family members are included in some photos, and moms are always encouraged to get in the photograph with your baby to document your connection at this tender age.
If you opt for an in-home session, you don't need to worry about your home being perfectly decorated or spotless, as part of my expertise is finding the best pockets of light in any situation. I will guide you into natural poses that portray the love and connection with your family in an authentic way.
For those not wanting to use their home or the outdoors, I also offer sessions at a beautiful rental studio for an additional cost, based on availability. Please inquire for further details.
Since clothing plays a big role in the look and feel of your portraits, I offer a few pieces for mom and children that have been chosen for their soft tones and textures that photograph well. I also have a style guide full of visual inspiration as well as ideas on where to shop.
Common ages for baby milestone sessions are at certain stages of development such as holding head up, sitting up, crawling and holding themselves up. Common ages for these milestones are 3-4 months, 6-7 months, and 12 months.
Baby sessions result in 25-30 images. Options for professional prints and albums are available in addition to your digital images.
In order to provide my clients with a high quality experience, I take on limited sessions per month. I recommend booking in advance to secure your session date.
