Houston baby photographer | One year old joy

One of the best things about being a Houston baby photographer is getting to photograph babies as they grow. I was privileged to chronicle this little boy’s journey into life from the time he was in his mother’s tummy during her maternity portraits to his newborn portraits and then photographing him through his baby stage.

We scheduled the photo shoot in the mid morning around his nap time so that we would get lots of smiles and energy from him – and boy did we get it! It has been so fun to watch the changes and progression in this little guy each time he comes to get his portraits done in the studio. I can remember when he was a tiny newborn and slept through his session like it was yesterday. This time I could hardly get him to stay in one place as he crawled around so full of life and happiness.

I was so glad that his mom chose to get document all of his first year milestones with the Baby Plan so that no memorable time in his first year was left out. She now has a collection of beautiful portraits from his first year of life to hold on to – when he soon gets too big to hold.
