There is nothing quite as rewarding as a Houston family photographer than getting to create memories for a family as they grow. I have had the pleasure of photographing this wonderful family for 2 years. During that time I have photographed their daughter from a newborn to a toddler, preserving memories of her at each stage. I know it hasn’t felt like 2 years to me, so I can only imagine how fast the time has seemingly flown by for her parents. They are expecting another child very soon and with the changing dynamic it will be neat for their daughter to see these photos of when she was the only child when she is older. She will know just how much she was adored.
For this outdoor family session in The Woodlands we planned their clothing using pieces from the studio wardrobe. We used a light cream and white color palette to let the love and connection of the family really shine and be the focus of the photos. I gave some simple direction but I let them play and have fun with their little one so that I could capture genuine moments of happiness. The joy and love of this family just poured out into my lens and I had the best time creating these memories for them.
