Baby photos with mom are some of my favorite sessions in the studio. This little guy was 7 months old and couldn’t have been more adorable.

All baby sessions in the studio are done in the morning for the best natural light. I find natural light to be the easiest and prettiest to work with little ones since we can utilize windows instead of dealing with equipment to watch out for. I also love the way that the window light falls on delicate features.

After trying on a few dresses from the studio wardrobe more chose this light blush floral dress that perfectly coordinated with the tan romper that we picked out. I love being able to provide clothing for my clients because it is one less thing that they have to think about. My studio wardrobe is always expanding with new pieces.

After clothing was chosen I directed mom into natural poses that showcased their love and connection. It is always such a joy to witness the happiness that exudes from a mom when cuddling with her little one.

These photos will be keepsakes to cherish as he grows and I’m always so honored to get the opportunity to create treasured artwork for families.
