There is something about a newborn‘s features that beg to be photographed in natural light. Maybe it is their delicate quality and because everything about them is so pure, but using natural light is my favorite way to photograph newborns. When done correctly, the light falls across their tiny features and highlights all of the things that make them so special and so unique.
I have designed my newborn and baby studio to utilize natural light. I have two large windows that let in beautiful sunlight and I have multiple layers of drapery to make sure that the light is filtered just right. My studio is located in North Houston about 5 miles north of The Woodlands and I have many clients that come from Sugar Land, The Heights and all over the greater Houston area.
My natural light studio, perfect for newborn studio photography in The Woodlands, Texas, provides everything needed for your newborn and baby session including a variety of soft blankets, wraps, baby bonnets, delicate headbands as well as clothing for parents and siblings. I like to make the studio as comfortable for baby and parents as possible so I have a sitting area and a changing table as well as a separate room for changing and nursing. I also have toys for older babies and children that go with my organic style of photography so they are entertained during the process and we are able to take photos of their playful spirit.
