Wow, what a year! 2016 was a big year both personally and professionally as a Houston pregnancy and newborn photographer. Personally, I had the biggest adventure of my life welcoming my boy-girl twins into the world last summer and becoming a mother. My husband and I are blessed beyond words to have these two amazing little people in our life and it has been incredible to watch them grow. We look forward to all of the milestones to come in the next year.
2016 has also been a big year of growth for the company. I have made many updates to the studio such as now offering a full wardrobe for all of my clients to wear during their sessions. I also provide fine art prints and custom frames now to help my clients display their photos in the best way possible. I have created Portrait Collections to simplify the ordering process and to help my clients walk away with something beautiful and tangible that fits their needs.
One other change is that I have included printed proofs in design and ordering appointments so that my clients see all of their photos printed and hold them in their hands rather than look at them on a computer screen. I have received great feedback about these changes because it makes the process easier for my clients which, in the end, is always my ultimate goal. If I had to choose a word for 2016 it would be: SIMPLIFY.
