Houston baby photographer | Turning one
I have been taking photos of this darling baby girl since she was only a few months old. Watching babies grow is one of the best things about being a Houston baby photographer. This little one was full of energy, curiosity and excitement during her shoot in the studio.
A blanket, a bed or a stool are ordinary objects to us but to a 12 month old they are things of wonder. Capturing the pure joy and excitement over the ordinary is infectious. Children have a way of reminding us to be more present, live in the moment, and find joy in the little things. Sometimes they make me wonder who is teaching who?
This session was styled with clothing pieces from the studio wardrobe and the color palette was kept simple and light. I let her play and have fun so I could capture her in her most pure state, not realizing that the camera was there.
These photos will be something that mom can look back on years from now to remember her little girl at this stage and all that she loved about her.
